Giclee prints are produced from high resolution digital scans of the original image. This process distributes archival quality color-fast inks with an array of jets which accurately duplicate the gamut of color as it exists in the actual painting. When applied to archival quality rag paper of the same surface as the painting itself, an incredibly detailed and stable replica of the original is generated. Another tremendous advantage of giclee printing is that digital images can be reproduced to almost any size. Giclee printing is considered the finest process in printmaking technology today.
